Hello, This is Microsoft

This morning the phone rang and I picked it up to hear
"Hello, this is Andy from Microsoft Computers..." 

Now before I continue, Andy had an Indian accent and there was lots of talking and other noise in the background. I am aware of the current scam so I decided to go with it. Below is the conversation thread. I should also mention that I use a MACINTOSH!

Me: Really and what can I do for you Andy
Andy: Well we are monitoring computer activity and we see that someone is trying to hack into your computer.
Me: Oh, so you must have a name on account if you called this number; who would you like to talk to?
Andy: YOU!
Me: And my name is?.....
Andy: Look, (and sounding a bit annoyed) do you want us to help you prevent someone from hacking your computer or not? 
Me: Well Andy. (with a very sarcastic tone) I would like to know how you are monitoring MY computer? Cause if you are you can tell me the following: What is my computer's name; IP address; and ....
Andy: (sounding more annoyed) You're laying it on thick lady.
Me: Well, Andy, I am not because I am a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, so I know about these things...
Andy: FUCK YOU! 
And then any hung up. 

Well, that was rude!
