All my tests came back fine and over the course of the past (almost) two years, since that other write up (referring to the link above)
I have lost just about 20 pounds;
my cholesterol readings have dropped 50 points;
I strive to sleep 8-9 hours per night;
My blood pressure is better and my heart issue is under control;
I still can't run a marathon but I never did before either;
I am walking a few days a week, at work.
I would say life is pretty good right now.
I might actually make it to 100.
