There was a slight change of plans this week. The move did not happen but it will Next week.
The decision was made to push out the date by one week since there was just too much to do in the remaining 3 days.
I have come to the conclusion that we ate up those days with Erich's trip out here last month, as that trip was a week long.
It is what it is.
So this coming Thursday, the house will (finally) be loaded in to the moving van. The van will arrive Saturday and then it will be unloaded. Erich will close up the house and start his drive out here Sunday which means he will be arriving in Texas on Tuesday.
In the mean time, I am getting this house ready for the rest of the contents. I have vacuumed, mopped floors, moved some boxes that have not been unpacked and more. I want make sure that when the heavy furniture is moved in and put down, it doesn't have to be moved again.
